Because we take ethical and social responsibility very seriously, we try to partner with vendors that share in our values. We conduct regular site visits and audits on all our factories to ensure that compliance is being met in areas such as; safe working conditions, legal working hours, reasonable pay, and health standards. Our Social Compliance guidelines often go above and beyond the local regulatory standards set by each manufacturing city of origin. We are confident that our commitment to supporting socially compliant factories will serve to protect and foster human rights within the manufacturing community.

Community involvement is also a very important part of our business. RC donates product to a variety of local charities and events fostering strong community relationships based on our mutual love of animals.
