A: We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our products for the life of your pet. Simply take the product back to retail location where you purchased it and the staff there will take care of replacing it for you.

Q: Where can I find your products?
A: RC Pet Products currently does not ship direct to consumers. Please visit our Find A Retailer area. We reccomend that you call the store first as not all of our customers carry all of our products.
Q: How do I know what size to buy?
A: Each product on our site has an accompanying size chart. It is always best to have your dog try on a product but if it’s not possible you can follow some general fit guidelines:
Clip Collars
You should be able to fit two fingers easily under the dog’s collar when on the dog. To view a properly fitted collar click here.
Martingale & Training Collars
When adjusted properly, the two O-rings (or rectangles on the Technika Webbing Martingale) should just touch when the chain is pulled tight. They should never overlap each other. To view a properly fitted Martingale collar click here.
Coats
To measure, use a soft tailor’s tape. You will get the best results if your dog is standing up.
Girth= widest part around the chest
Length = from collar to base of tail
If your dog is between sizes, we usually recommend the larger size for more coverage.
Ultimate Trail Pack
Measure the your dog's girth and match his/her weight to the proper size pack. Do not overload your dog. The maximum a dog should carry is 1/3 of his weight at peak performance. If your dog is not used to carrying a pack, gradually add weight to the pack over time to allow your dog to condition to the varying weight. Never over exert your dog and always moniter your dog when wearing a pack.
