Our attention to social compliance encompasses many factors including: safe working conditions, legal working hours and reasonable pay for work done.
We are working with a team of consultants to ensure that any factories that we work with meet our Social Compliance Guidelines. We are confident that our commitment to supporting socially compliant factories will serve to protect and foster human rights within the manufacturing community. This process is ongoing and we will constantly strive to raise the bar so that we are improving the working conditions for all factories that we work with.
Recently, I have had the privilege of being on the receiving end of a continuum of conversations with friends who are experiencing pet guardianship for the first time in a long time. Inevitably, our conversations are dominated by the latest and greatest feats of these furry family members. Our conversations cover a variety of topics including: sleep deprivation, diet, potty training, daycare schedules…the list goes on. I leave our conversations in awe of the immediate and unquestionable enrichment these animals bring to our lives. They hold our hearts.
